DINNER
Our menu is always focused on seasonal products, preferably from the Netherlands, but we are inspired by the world. In addition, we like to work with game and poultry in the season and serve as little meat as possible. We also maintain our own garden where we grow and harvest many products in the season.In our restaurant, a natural way of cooking is central. We look at the season and its offering and make our creations with that. Light, fresh and playful dishes characterize our menu and let our craftsmanship speak. We love a pure product. Sustainable farmers, fishermen and our own garden ensure that we are constantly on the move to let you taste the best of this moment.
On Thursday and Friday we serve a tasting menu of either 4 or 6 courses. On Saturday we only serve our 6-course tasting menu.
During dinner we present the bill around 23:30 and serve the last drink so that we can welcome our guests energetically the next day.

We offer bottles that are attractive from a gastronomic perspective and that offer good balance and complexity.

Next to out (pairing) wine selection we offer a 0% pairing. Pure and alcohol free cocktails and drinks specially designed by our sommelier Janine.
